We've all seen the damage a heavy mirror can do as it drags a molly bolt down through drywall - the holes are big and a hassle to fix. Two Attach-Its hold 120lb and won't drag on the drywall. Avoid unnecessary damage when removing items from the wall
Grasp the item firmly, keep the bottom of the picture or item close to the wall, and jiggle the item up and out of the wall. The natural inclination is to pull the bottom of the picture out. This will damage the wall unnecessarily.
